A special treat in the Italian Alps at the Sunny Valley Kelo Private Resort Mountain Lodge in Valfurva at 2750 meters above sea level. Freeriding will be an option if the conditions allow it. In the past years we have been lucky. If there is fresh snow on the second day, a mountain guide will lead us into the tourable terrain on the second day.

Two friends and movement experts have joined forces for this event. zai's Benedikt and Vismay Spillmann -Qigong teacher and body therapist - focus on mindful and free movement.
We move in an alpine environment at 3,000 m and spend two days skiing together. The Berghaus Diavolezza is our home during this time. We will start our day with a Qigong-lesson followed by breakfast and skiing on the slopes right outside the house.
