Two friends and movement experts have joined forces for this event. zai's Benedikt and Vismay Spillmann -Qigong teacher and body therapist - focus on mindful and free movement.
We move in an alpine environment at 3,000 m and spend two days skiing together. The Berghaus Diavolezza is our home during this time. We will start our day with a Qigong-lesson followed by breakfast and skiing on the slopes right outside the house.
