Shipping

In Switzerland our shipping carriers are Planzer Paketdienst or Swiss Post. Outside Switzerland we ship with Würth.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. For partial shipments, shipping costs are charged only once.

We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 (except on public holidays).

Tracking of your order

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. You can check the shipment status after one or two hours using the link provided in the email.
